Biographical Notes:

Milt Holden was presumably a member of the Vancouver Branch of the National Film Society who sometimes shot film. A note on the tail leader of the film National Film Society of Canada (Vancouver Branch), Fourth Season 1940, Ninth Performance... reads "scenes outside theatre shot by Milt Holden".
