Biographical Notes:

According to PSA Journal he was from Broomall, Pennsylvania in 1962. His obituary states that Kramer attended the Pennsylvania Museum School of Industrial Art, until he was drafted during World War II. He served with the Army Air Corps as a radio operator in India and afterwards returned to Philadelphia where he continued to work in graphic design while making short films in his spare time.
