"The first film of Tring includes footage of a dog show; a horse and buggy competition; some of the riders in the open and military show jumping competition; the Inniskilling Dragoon Guards; and hunter trials. The film Tring 1934 includes shots of shire horses; bulls in parade ring; junior show jumpers; a young unidentified male competitor on horse [...]; a dog show, involving chows; sheep dog trials; and dragoon guards. The film of the 1935 Thame Show includes footage of the damage caused by high winds, including shots of the wrecked dog tent flapping in the wind, young men taking down destroyed tents, men clearing the dog tent, dogs sitting in stalls amongst the wreckage; the judging of chows in the dog show; refreshments and beer being served; people eating and drinking, the sign C Carcini Bullshead Hotel Aylesbury Caterer is clearly visible in the background."
